Here’s a video from France’s CANKUN, an enticing peak of his debut LP Culture of Pink, to be released March 5th off the excellent label HANDS IN THE DARK. The Parisian solo artist travels in the tropical psych currents inhabited by the likes of Sun Araw and early Ducktails, with smooth wah-wah riffs looped over minimal drums to produce a hazy jungle of wet reverb, dripping with lysergic nectar. Get into this shimmering groove, and cop a copy fast, cause they didn’t make too many.
