Sounding more straight up pop than ever , Pennsylvania’s BLACK MOTH SUPER RAINBOW have just put out their new record COBRA JUICY on FRENCH KISS/ RAD CULT. It is without mistake full of their very own psychedelic electro pop, bouncy and hazy at the same time, with those vocodered vocals dripping all over it. This band is pretty huge, but still making pretty interesting music from where I’m sitting at. I still like TOBACCO’s solo stuff better though. It is always a pleasant day here at the Hassle when psychedelia and beat based electronic music are merged and I don’t want to jump off a cliff.
