Fresh Vid: Anaís Azul – Analysis Paralysis

by

Bilingual, bicoastal artist Anaís Azul isn’t letting the quarantine get in the way of their musical and narrative prowess. Their second music video as an independent artist, “Analysis Paralysis”, features them in a conceptual fairytale narrative reminiscent of visuals by Kate Bush in the 80s or Björk in the 90s. The song itself explores anxiety and its discontents, in a raw but signaturely orchestral followup to their 2019 single and music video “Healing“.  (Bonus points if you can place where in Suffolk County this music video was filmed!)

Anaís would like to thank their wonderful team in the effort of releasing this song and video: Nora Maynard (violin & background vocals), Rafael Natan (oboe & background vocals), JoBeth Umali (drums), Allister Quilon (bass), Cam Hawkins (engineer), Guadalupe Campos (director & editor), and Ned Gaynor (director of photography).
