I’m going to assume that the name of this band is a nod to Billy Childish’s now defunct THEE MIGHTY CAESARS. Marty Fever, Tommy Fever, Junkie Fever, and Yockon make up THEE MIGHTY FEVERS, a four piece garage punk band from Kobe, Japan and they’ve just released an excellent full length LP on DEAD BEAT RECORDS. It’s refreshing to hear a band that clearly worship Johnny Thunders and the MC5 write straightforward songs in a non-cheesy way. “Hope the kids all over the world will listen to our rumble” they say, and I hope so too.
