NEEDY VISIONS have been around for about 4 years, and are pretty much a Boston area underground music staple. They started off playing a country tinged droning, but surely pop infused, garage rock and have since sometimes moved into a slightly harder and louder territory(perhaps having something to do with playing with some of the guys from GUERILLA TOSS). They have a “not-titled” record out on the great local label MOTORCYCLE FACE RECORDS, and apparently another entire full length in the bag that will hopefully come out soon! Those following the band probably know that they’ve become very active on Soundcloud as songwriter D Shea unleashes demo after demo from the deep NV archives. The track below is one of the more recent tracks to be unleashed called “WAFT”, and it shows the band heading in a moody, cheap keyboard pop direction. Pretty good stuff.
