Boston-based garage rock trio FAT CREEPS have emerged from a relatively chilled out winter with a new drummer, a new record, and this absurd little video. A rare instrumental track, ‘Back 2 Skool’ captures the group in proper form. Clocking in under two minutes, the song bounces around from a lighthearted bubble pop refrain through rippling spaced riffs that ratchet up the tension before sliding back into that head bop groove. The short vignette about how school boys and astronauts can get together and help a friend in need.
