Here’s a short and sweet blast of skronky noise rock filmed and directed by the fine folks in NYC no wavers CELLULAR CHAOS. Long-time avant garde music scene mainstay Weasel Walter (Flying Luttenbachers, Lake of Dracula, XBXRX etc) may be better known for his drum chops, but here he offers up some pummeling guitar riffage that is almost as devastating as the hammer which smashes up various objects in this clip. The four-piece sounds fiercely chaotic and Admiral Grey’s yelping vocals have just the right level of sass for this sort of thing. The short track length is a nice touch too, as it ends things right at the point where something like this might otherwise devolve into dull sensory overload. Well played, Cellular Chaos.
