After recording their big, boisterous debut album in 2012 at Machines with Magnets for Sub Pop, 12-piece Ethopian funk arrangers DEBO BAND are returning to that same lovely Pawtucket studio to self-produce their second LP. They are asking all of us out here on the Internet to contribute to this effort through their Pledge Music campaign to help make their self-release a reality. They’re even sweeting up the deal with behind-the-scenes updates and early downloads for those who contribute, along with more material prizes for those who put down some serious cash such as a band-cooked meal or exclusive tickets.
