Time to burst your personal bubble! Over in Newtonville, six artists are exploring the depths of human intimacy from their own unique perspectives, and challenge you to do the same. Artists Robert Chamberlin, Laura Beth Reese, Molly Segal, Amy Flaherty, J.R. Uretsky, and Chun Hua Catherine Dong use photography, painting, sculpture, video and live performances and interactive workshops to capture topics ranging from the western male desire to the alienation from one’s church. The work ties together in its ambition to test social norms to force you to confront personal relationships from a microscopic lens.
