Steve Locke: “there is no one left to blame” @ICA

by

Now- October 17th

The show features works that Steve Locke has been creating for the past few years.

Paintings of male heads with and without their tongues sticking out are embedded into the wall as well as protruding  off the wall. Locke is also displaying his more recent sculptural elements for his paintings that act like a body for the headless portraits.

A neon sign on the wall spells out the title of the show in all lowercase letters. Locke states that he wanted the statement to seem like it was in the middle of a sentence.

The show has been a great hit at the ICA with it being one of the most crowded rooms this season.
