One thing we share in common with our friends who run B.O.W. Shows is an insatiable lust for new spaces in which to house new thought-provoking & exciting music and art happenings! We have unearthed and fostered the development of a truly insane array of alternative performance spaces over the years. Now we have discovered a new all-ages venue – CUISINE EN LOCALE – a restaurant and banquet hall located near Union Square in Somerville, that boasts two separate function rooms capable of accommodating nearly 350 people in total. In true Hassle fashion, we’ve crafted a mini-fest of sorts known as SCORCHED EAR to test the sonic limits of this new and perhaps miraculous space.

Taking maximum advantage of this vast space, SCORCHED EAR will be spread out across two stages and include sets from over 10 of the loudest, grittiest, heaviest, most ear-splittingly loud bands that New England and its surrounding states have to offer. SCORCHED EAR is the first in a planned series of very heavy, and seriously loud gatherings. Join us for this awesome, brutally good time.
