Internationally acclaimed artist ALISON SAAR opens her exhibition Still… tonight @MassArt.  This exhibition consists of large scale, bizarre and somewhat spooky, sculptures that investigate and question elements of “marginalization and discrimination” in poetic and powerful ways. On view through 3/8 @Sandra & David Bakalar Gallery.

Concurrently, @Stephen D. Paine Gallery, catch Surface, an exhibition of seven multidisciplinary artists whose works are diverse in media, content, and approach but who touch on common themes such as impermanence, fragility, and unsatisfied desires.
