TONIGHT, head to Sweety’s for the opening reception of BEACHING, a video/sculptural installation by Matan Golan. Matan, an Israeli born sculptor and visual artist, draws interesting conclusions with quarky juxtaposition and re-appropriation. Ordinary,  recognizable objects are reconsidered and illustrate new images in surprising and playful ways. His installation at Sweety’s will leave you gasping for air.
