Mass Text: Volunteer at the NEW DAP Zine Library

Another volunteer opportunity is available to friends of DIY and self-publishing in the Boston area. Dorchester Art Project (DAP) is setting up a zine library and needs volunteers who are willing to prep shelves, catalog, sort, label, and chat about zines.  The Library is set to open in time for the DAP group show, Can’t You See How Hard I’m Working?, on Saturday, April 7. It will be a lending library so visitors to DAP can browse and check-out the zines. Volunteers will be helping to make  zines accessible to all!

Drop in volunteer hours will be held this week from 10:00am – 2:00pm, Saturday, March 31 at Dorchester Art Project, 1486 Dorchester Ave. No experience required just a sincere desire to support zine culture.  Contact bostonhassle with any questions.

Can’t volunteer but to want to donate your zine? YOU CAN! DAP is now accepting zine donations to the library.
