Boreal Collective @Petit Robert Central

by

A 20/20 event with The Boreal Collective
Wednesday 4/30, 7-9pm
Paris Room//Petit Robert Central
101 Arch Street, Boston
(Entrance: 34 Summer St.)

The Flash Forward Festival continues TONIGHT with the Boreal Collective in a dynamic one night event hosted by renowned curator and photography scholar Alison Nordstrom. Held @Petit Robert Central, 20/20 is a PechaKucha!

(come again?)

A PechaKucha is a special slideshow format where each speaker will have twenty slides that automatically advance every twenty seconds. Simple enough. Ten photographers will have the opportunity to discuss their passions and the intention behind their shots. This event will be a whirlwind of words and imagery that will leave you hungry for more. Stick around and mingle in this casual and laid back environment.

“The Boreal Collective is a group of photojournalists committed to the documentation of injustice and inequities that exist environmentally, socially, culturally and politically in Canada and abroad. Boreal is devoted to revealing impactful and compelling narratives, from front page news stories to topics lost in the geopolitical margins.”
