About The Event:
I provide classes where you can let go, have fun and tap into a tool that you can learn to use in navigating the cycle of emotions that we experience everyday in our lives with Dance, Sweat & Meditation.
Heyooo! My name is SmallieMichelle. I am from Boston, MA. I am a dancer and mother of thee most BEAUTIFUL 19 year-old twin girls. And I LOVE to dance. It allows me to get down and personal with myself. It frees me from life’s ever changing energies and daily expectations. When I dance, I focus less on my woes and more on “what’s happening IN me right now.”
So I invite you to come dance with me. And engage in a magnetic class, that will uplift your energy euphorically. My dance classes are musically diverse from top chart hits to global inspirations. The structure is focused on a multi level of dance experience where we combine the hottest dance moves and styles in Hip-Hop, Dancehall, Salsa, Fitness and HIIT. Come self explore and release. Dance is a movement that is so needed, especially during these times. It can represent so many emotions and even have the power to alter our moods and reduce depression.
And we can’t forget the important health benefits from improving our heart, building muscle strength, balance and coordination. “I Want To Take You Higher”- Sly and the Family Stone.
