Come join the husband and wife duo Chris and Erin Yuskaitis, physician-scientist and museum educator, in their art talk on the experience of synesthesia. This neurological disorder causes the senses of sight and sound to become interconnected in the mind, allowing some to hear color or see sound.
The art talk will feature the work of artists influenced by such an experience, and will be a dive into the process of creating a visual aesthetic out of the auditory.
The event, taking place at Le Laboratoire Cambridge will be free to the public on April 17th and begin at 6:30pm.
