Digital Wheat Paste anniversary show in North Adams, MA Feb. 16
Digital Wheat Paste is a blog highlighting DIY music across the world and DIY shows in the Western Mass area. BH will be partnering with them to bring you info about shows and select pieces about Western MA musicians.
The blog will celebrate its first year alive with a show at 7 p.m. on Feb. 16, 2018 featuring SCHMAVE, Winnebago Vacation, Adrian Aardvark, and Forks of Buffalo. Each band has appeared in DWP in some way over the past year.
Show takes place at MCLA Design Lab, 49 Main Street, North Adams. Doors open at 7 p.m. and a sliding scale admission fee of $5-$10 is requested, though no one will be turned away for lack of ability to pay. Contact DWP editorial director Francesca Olsen for details: [email protected].

Winnebago Vacation: Also of New Paltz, this is a project belonging to Eli Frank of Teenage Halloween and TOP Nachos. Great, poppy indie, great synth lines.

Forks of Buffalo: At its core, Forks is folk, yet the inner workings have evolved to include elements of EDM, Dream Pop, “Indie”, Jazz, Bossa Nova, R&B, Hip-Hop, Phil Spector, Arthur Russell, HOMESHAKE, Four Tet, Yellow Days, and Elvis Depressedly.
