HERE WE GO – day 2 of BUFU Fest is here with another round of heart pumping, jaw-dropping, crop-topping musicians ready to melt minds and please ears at the holy Cambridge Elks Lodge in Central Square.
Organized by JP-grown BUFU RECORDS in partnership with Boston Hassle and Eye Design, this all day smorgasborg of sound features 19 bands on two stages playing back to back. You got somethng for everyone tonight – the nasty, heavy and loud of Bugs and Rats, B L A C K I E and In Heat; the emotive, swinging garage rock of Krill, Lentils (mem. Happy Jawbone)and Dylan Ewen’s Sulk Scouts; the sweet and smarmy Fat Creeps and IAN, spiced with some HC punk (lovechild), epicurian folk blues (Hurricanes of Love) and so so so much more.
With a quick pace and delightfully eclectic mix of musical styles, this fest will be a whirlwind of rocking out. So come on out to the Elks and make sure to CHILL MAD HARD.
