Kick those Monday blues! For those not participating in the Boston Marathon’s festivities today, why not spend your lunch listening to acclaimed artist Nina Katchadourian down in the Fenway. This lecture is part of the SMFA’s Intonarumori (Noise-Makers) lecture series, bringing contemporary ground breaking artists working in sound to Boston.

Nina is an international multi-media artist working in a wide variety of mediums: photography, sculpture, video and sound. Known more recently for her series of selfies taken in airplane bathrooms “in the Flemish style,”  Nina has a unique sense of humor that shows vividly in her work and has embodied her career as an artist. This talk promises to be entertaining as well as inspiring.
