Eminent New England sonic improvisateurs Vic Rawlings and Mary Staubitz performed at the Washington Street Art Center in Somerville last Saturday. Strange warbled noise and muffled feedback loops make for a surprisingly relaxing experience. Unfortunately the video doesn’t feature these talented performers in the act, but the linoleum floor makes an apt backdrop for this cerebral, droned out affair.
