Like art? Love FUN?
Thursday the 28th Boston artist Sam Fish is curating an “exhibition of positive energies” down in the South End, complete with all the essential ingredients of a good time: art, music, fashion, dancing, and trampolines.
Sam Fish is an artist who’s hoping to reintroduce an element of play into Boston’s prim-and-proper art scene, giving us a break from the concrete jungle we all spend our days in. His art fuses elements of traditional American folk art and contemporary design, his work as fun as the trampolines he brings to his exhibitions. The event will be held at McGarry&SONS, Boston’s go-to source of poppin streetwear.
This interdisciplinary party is more than just the perfect opportunity to play, it’s also for a good cause: 10% of all sale profits will go to Artists for Humanity! Between boosting your adrenaline and your philanthropic giving, you’ll definitely leave feeling pretty damn great.
So swing by! The exhibition / party / all-around good time will go from 6 to 9 on Thursday the 28th. For those of you who’ve been dying for an art even in Boston that’s equally fun as inspiring – I think it’s safe to say you’ve found it.
