PILE’s Rick McGuire will serve as the palette cleanse to the coming beat storm. Raw, twisting and powerful, the voice behind Pile is always captivating. Rick caps a night of world renowned dada-noise from Maine (id m theftable), wild noise rock from Rhode Island (Goon Planet), and the experimental psychedelic rock of Violet Nox. AND SO MUCH MORE!

Boston’s OG SWAGGERDICK headlines an also massively diverse day 2 of this NEU3, Boston Hassle’s celebration of all ONLY New England music and performance that is ignored by mainstream audiences & media! Day 2 is an OUTDOOR party @ Art Farm and we couldn’t agree more with Swaggerdick’s latest missive “Fuck Gentrification.” So great to have a great left of center Boston rapper like OG headline. And it’s a full on rap party to end the night with hard hitters Brandi Blaze and Ill Addicts, both from Boston, bringing plenty of verses, and not playing around. Better be looking for a good time!!!

Leading up to the hip hop fireworks are a bevy of New England underground sound treats for you: the blues punk theatrics of Boston legend Andy California, Vermont oddball folk jewel Ruth Garbus, lo-fi legends Gerty Farish & The Shrinnirs from Connecticut, and loads more experimental wonders that you might never have even considered the existence of.
