Mobius presents <3RAGES: A Post-Love Party, featuring five hours of live work by over 30 established and emerging artists. A $20 ticket gets you live performances, a cash bar with exotic cocktails & treats, and an opportunity to support Mobius!

Animal Hospital headlines with “Save Us,” a piece with 3 movements for multiple electric guitar players and drummers. Offset cycles of specific notes and rhythms create unique patterns and melodies that change as the piece evolves. Collaborating trio Liz Roncka, Yuka Takahashi and Jason Sanford will examine the energy feedback loop that is created between body, object, and sound when instrumentation is engaged in a fully corporeal way. Their work, entitled “Aftertaste,” features Sanford’s small boxes for stepping which amplify and transmute the sound of a performer’s footstep into a deep, resonant boom, filling the space and creating a sonic landscape which suggests further action. SHROUD, is the live sound and video collaboration of BATHAUS and Vela Phelan.
