Boston, ahhh Boston. City of the world so THEY say, yet bereft of culture in so many ways that you really have to wonder what kind of deep rot is happening on the inside. Well, we here @ Brain Arts, via our many projects, try to make up for the cultural rot of this city the best that we can.
Boston Hassle is how we do so through live events (and online) and with this electronic music festival dubbed MULTIPLE INPUTS, MULTIPLE OUTPUTS it’s time to bring together the lovers of electronic music across genres and movements and show them some love, and we’re partnering with our brethren @ CAKE FACTORY and PROPERTY MATERIALS to do so!
So what do we have here?
3 rooms of fabulous good times packed into a single evening/early morning of electronic wonder and body twisting freshness. If you enter M.I.M.O. you’ll hear: live electronics, DJs, techno, acid, downtempo, musique concrete, sound art, industrial, and all manner otherwise of experimental electronic music being made by the finest of Boston and New England’s current crop of electronic experimentalists & a few friends invited from beyond.
