It seems folks forget about folk music being an outsider medium, often stripped down and mobilizing folks outside of the mainstream in one way or another. Well, Maine dreamer Lisa/Liza is coming down to remind us all how weird yet accessible it can be. She is going on tour and we are overjoyed to have her ethereal jams wash over us this evening. She will be joined by local duo Kateboard who exists in part to remind everyone not to take their kind too seriously. So yeah you can call it outsider but it’s actually welcoming you INSIDE, where it’s nice and warm.
