The Leafies You Gave Me are a 10 piece band and avant-garde theatrical music cult from the not-so-happy valley of Western, MA. They perform a rapid-fire collage of genres covering everything from pop to free jazz to hardcore, set to non-stop obtuse theatrics and occasional dancing. Stage shows have been referred to as “Broadway On Acid.” Through a series of interconnected stories, Leafies create a unified experience dealing with topics such as organized religion, anxiety disorders, gender roles, castrati, and maybe even a little romance.
