Filled with eye popping special effects, Jurassic Park is one of Steven Spielberg’s best blockbusters that continues to entertain. John Hammond (Richard Attenborough) is a man with too much money and a grand vision; to create a theme park where actual animals from a bygone era exist and nothing is fake save for the security preparations. But to get it up and running without any legal issues Hammond needs a team of scientists (Sam Neil, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum) to give the park a test run and the go ahead for the grand opening. Naturally, filling a park with man-eating dinosaurs causes the plan to fall apart and everyone is running for their lives. Witness the mayhem on the big screen all over again. Also plays tomorrow and Dec. 31.
