“Memorial Day 2000” was inscribed on an otherwise contextless VHS, found and, later, masterfully edited by Carly Ptak with support from Twig Harper and Caleb Johnston. It captures a spirited celebration on a campsite, complete with mud wrestling, untamed fires, ATVs driven under the influence of trash whisky, and fecal matter dribbling into the ground from RVs! Late night mayhem is experienced courtesy of the family camcorder’s night vision.
Jazz Massagers with the upmost respect will remove the original audio and cosmically sync to the film with a combination of real quotes, audio samples, free improv, and sick classic rock riffs.
Join us at Deep Thoughts JP Memorial Day 2018 for a raw sewage blast from the past!
