Wayward pop tweakers GRAPE ROOM and BANNY GROVE are back in their native New England for a short while. Boston. Tonight. ONE NIGHT ONLY. The two groups are living in close proximity in LA right now and from all accounts are livin pretty easy. Not to say they arent working their asses off like they do tho, running their own damn label (http://niceymusic.com/) for one thing. We just love these weirdos. They did some serious damage organizing freak gatherings in VT and elsewhere over the past several years, namely under the namey name Great Valley. In their own words GRAPE ROOMS cartoon prog and BANNY GROVES love-addled hyper-glam are sure to delight anyone who claims to likes fun AND pop music. All too rare a breed of listener if you ask me.

ANYWAY in addition to our extrastranged homies Louise and Peter this ill bill will be fill with IAN SWEET and Los Greys. IAN SWEET hot off a fresh name change, semi-recent relocation to NYC and solid press pushin em up. They also just shot a vid in the zone last month! Is it out yet? Los Greys is an alien life-formation initiated by the friendship of two crooners. They have since fleshed out their tuneage with a tiny gaggle of silly beings and the results is some wavy-gravy flavored sex pop. Not taking themselves too seriously at any given time.
