Berlin based Felicia Chen aka Dis Fig is a DJ and producer who made lots of noise in 2017. Between releasing mixes for Boiler Room, Discwoman and The Astral Plane, Dis Fig is also a collective member of New York’s PTP fka Purple Tape Pedigree and co-hosts a monthly radio show on Berlin Community Radio called CALL DIBS which dives deep into the depths of experimental club textures and (de)constructions. Dis Fig weaves sounds from across genres to create turbulent yet profound listening experiences. Her compositions often include choral lullabies or rap vocals that are seamlessly blended with industrial percussive rhythms. With an affinity for unconventional electronic backdrops and moments of sonic grandeur, Dis Fig is at the forefront of artists pushing the boundaries of contemporary club music.

Known for their raw, chaotic and provocative performances, Los Angeles based Olin Caprison aka VIOLENCE makes their Boston debut after a busy winter tour schedule, including performances at both Sonic Acts in Amsterdam and CTM Festival in Berlin. With previous releases on Steak Au Zoo, Dogfood Music Group, and NON Worldwide, VIOLENCE’s latest release titled “Human Dust to Fertilize the impotent garden” was released in the summer of 2017 on cassette via NY collective PTP fka Purple Tape Pedigree. VIOLENCE’s live shows are all-consuming and combine specs of death metal, industrial, and hip hop generating an electrical storm of noise to which the audience becomes victim.

Boston local Isnard Dupoux aka Seraah is an artist whose creative practice is based on metamorphoses through exploration of identity and melancholia. Armed with incredible self discipline and an unshakeable vision, Seraah’s performances are an intense journey of rebirth through trauma. Their latest EP Chrome Tears is a masterful production of heartbreaking yet hopeful vocal melodies accompanied by soundscapes informed by jazz, post punk, noise, alt rock, and experimental electronic music.
