On Saturday May 11th, join Great Falls Books Through Bars and the Abolition Network at the Root Cellar (https://www.facebook.com/events/2496623950350076/#10 Fiske Ave in Greenfield) for ABOLITION FEST!

We’ll be raising money to support our ongoing work:
– Sending free books and resources to people who are incarcerated
– Supporting organizing led by currently and formerly incarcerated people
– Bailing people out of jail in Western Mass
– Supporting people who are leaving prison or jail in their integration back into the community
Three of the main things we’ll be focusing on raising awareness and money for are:
1. $ for the Western MA (and general MA) Bail Fund
2. $ to send out more letters and packages of books and other resources to prisoners
3. $ for resources to have for the new post-bail backpacks program
