One of the ear wormier tracks from CHRIS’ latest record GUNS, the “Mind Your Bidness” video is an extension of the aesthetic laid out by the song’s lo-fi keyboard sounds. The 8-bit(less?) graphics were animated by Quelle Chris himself. He also directed the video. This man works hard. And weird. This Atari bred video feels perfect for this jam that is somehow laid back and steeped in paranoia, simultaneously. QC is an artist and my eyes and ears are open for where he goes next. This I know, he’ll be performing LIVE @ VietAID in Dorchester on saturday 10/26 for an ALL AGES Boston Hassle show w/ Pink Navel, Mick Beth, Spnda, and Lik Meraki. I haven’t seen him live before so I won’t be missing it I’ll tell you that.
