Treat yourself to multi-sensory bliss tonight in Providence. Eye, ears, and minds and bodies will be pleased by the proceedings.
Enjoy a screening of Ritual Still, a “portiature piece and experimental sensory ethnography” capited on actual 16mm film by local auteur Mimi Wilson. Next, Austin Sley Julian of Sediment Club goes solo as Sunk Heaven, churning out captivating fever-dream blast of beautiful noise accompanied by an original video piece. Then get obliterated and resurrected by high-voltage Boston punk two-piece Ursula. Also joining them at this hushed spot are upstate NY noise rock rippers Dog and visual art on the emptiness of the void from Nina Hartman. Ask a punk for directions.
