Meet Bob and Marcel, Belgian drunks (I mean, farmers who drink) whose sad, funny, sometimes stupid adventures are liable to put you in mind of a sodden, stumbling Beckett (think Mercier & Camier transplanted to a whole new world of bewilderment and pathos). Sabine Lubbe Bakker’s second doc confirms her gift for sympathetic, slightly gonzo character studies.
