Food, drink and music…what else is there?? Seriously, like I guess humans also technically need air to go on living but if I found out Mars or hell, the moon had their own version of Boston Hassle’s HOMEGROWN, I would consider forgoing that whole “oxygen” thing. This event is too rad to do once so we rockin it EVERY MONTH @ Fazenda Cafe and TONIGHT is stacked if I do say so myself. Sure I’m biased but who gives a fuck? You can’t deny great music when it’s in front of you and today in the post-work hours we have some sway inducing dream rock to elevate you to a higher plane. I’m talking the folky joy rock of Old Wave fronted by the one and only Pancho the Kid. He’s also contributed to the backwoodsy hillbilly pop of our next performer Wes Buckley whose bayou riffs recall a stripped down CCR. Also on the music menu is the lo-fi, sampled noise pop of Hollow Deck and classically driven piano feelings of John Cushing Band. It’s all about community people! This aint black tie. It’s friends, playing music with old and new friends. Come one, come all.
