Well here we are folks – Boston’s smarmy, irreverant noise rockers DESIGNER are saying farewell to our fair city for the greener pastures of Nashville TN (home to DIY darlings like Infinity Cat Records). Designer drew strong inspiration from Boston’s swimming pool of blasted-out clangers and bangers, but distinguished themselves with a fun loving dedication to the grinding maelstorm of sonic chaos that gradually evolved into something resembling a psychopathic pop punk. TONIGHT they play their final show as Bostonians with fellow ear brutalizers BUGS AND RATS and Atlanta post-punk meisters HELLIER ULYSSES. All going down at the hidden Haus painted off-White in JP.
